DANIEL RODRIGUEZ, BARMAN AND CREATOR OF ORIGINAL DRINKS
Someone who knows and understands flavour combinations, our Head Barman Daniel Rodriguez has created a cocktail menu for a cosmopolitan clientele. A finalist in many competitions, he has developed a perfect mastery of mixology techniques, having provided his sought-after services to such prestigious Parisian locations as the Hotel Bel Ami and the Hotel Vernet.
Fascinated by the history of spirits and their secrets, he plays with flavours and designs, personalising his creations. Amongst the ingredients of the 50 cocktails and mocktails on offer, Daniel uses local products such as Nemours poppy liqueur, and has included some light-hearted salutes to Fontainebleau and its history by offering his own creations such as the Royal Parc Julep and the Fontainebleau Spring Punch.
