Walk with the Toltec Agreements in Villeneuve-lez-Avignon

On Saturday, April 5, the Grand Avignon tourist office offers you a unique experience called “Walk with the Toltec Agreements.” This journey, situated at the crossroads of culture and personal devotion, takes place in a soothing setting in the heart of Villeneuve-lez-Avignon. This walk invites participants to refocus, meditate on principles of wisdom while connecting with the surrounding nature. From 2:30 PM to 6 PM, for a unique fee of €33, reservations are recommended at 06 60 80 84 74.

Yoga in Nature

On Sundays, April 6 and May 11, join Noémie Dufraisne for outdoor yoga sessions in the beautiful gardens of the Saint-André Abbey. These moments of well-being, taking place from 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM, offer a perfect opportunity to step away from daily turmoil and ground oneself in nature. Canoeing on the Water in Roquemaure

Starting April 9 and every Wednesday thereafter, the French Canoe-Kayak Federation invites you to a canoeing initiation on the Roquemaure canal. This activity, beginning at 2 PM, allows participants to experience a tranquil immersion in the heart of the local biodiversity. While gliding along the banks, it will be possible to observe dragonflies and a variety of birds. Prices are €29 for adults, €21 for children aged 7 to 12, and only €1 for those under 7. On Sunday, April 27, in Villeneuve-lez-Avignon, and on Sunday, May 18, in Pujaut, botanical walks will allow participants to marvel at the plant riches surrounding them. During these excursions from 10 AM to 12 PM, the history, symbolism, and uses of plants will be revealed.
