Closure of the tourist office #

The tourist information office in Cransac closed its doors to the public at the end of November, coinciding with the conclusion of the thermal season. Although physical reception is no longer available, a phone reception service remains active in Cransac. This allows spa guests and tourists to continue receiving useful information regarding their upcoming stay.

A positive report for the 2024 season #

Despite the closure, the year 2024 was marked by a 5 % increase in the number of visitors compared to the previous year. The Cransac-Les-Thermes office recorded a significant rise in visits, particularly in April, July, and October. Regarding attendance, the office welcomed a total of 7,133 people, consisting of 55 % spa guests, 29 % residents or professionals, 15 % tourists, and 1 % pilgrims traveling along the Conques-Toulouse pilgrimage route.

Preparations for the 2025 season #

Although the tourist office is closed during the winter, the staff remain active in the Envol premises. They are working on a detailed report of the 2024 season, which will be included in the annual activity report. This review will allow not only for an assessment but also to prepare for the upcoming season by integrating new features.

For visitors who still wish to enjoy tourist activities, the physical reception at the tourist information office in Decazeville remains open throughout the year.
