A festive park from December #
The first glimpses of Christmas emerge as early as the first weekends in December, creating a warm atmosphere throughout the park. Every corner of Futuroscope is adorned with sparkling lights that enhance majestic Christmas trees and shimmering garlands. From the entrance, visitors are greeted by a visual spectacle that invites them into a world of fantasy. These illuminations are not just decorative; they establish a festive ambiance that encourages families to enjoy a memorable experience while capturing unforgettable moments in front of the light installations.
The magic of the Christmas village #
At the heart of the park, the Christmas village unfolds, offering fun activities for children. They can get their faces painted, listen to stories, or even sculpt balloons. All in a joyful atmosphere where Santa Claus himself is ready to welcome families into his cozy cabin. Brass bands enliven the atmosphere with Christmas carols, ensuring a complete immersion in the spirit of the holidays. From one stand to another, parents and children indulge in sweets and hot drinks, perfect for warming their hearts.
The Raving Rabbids: a touch of humor #
By adding a dose of humor to the festivities, the Raving Rabbids make their appearance, rivaling the traditional figure of Santa Claus. These wacky characters mingle with elves in hilarious parades, captivating the attention of young visitors while bringing a touch of cheer to the park. This friendly atmosphere, combined with interactive animations, creates a dynamic festive setting that delights children and reminds adults of their carefree youth.
An exceptional animated cinema #
The magic of Christmas is not limited to illuminations and animations. Inside the park, the KinéKid room features a 3D animated film produced by the famous Aardman studios. The Bear and the Squirrel transports the audience into the touching story of a bear and a squirrel, promising an immersive cinematic experience that brings the whole family together. Enchanting nocturnal shows #
The evenings also light up with breathtaking shows. The outdoor show The Key of Dreams enchants visitors, running until January 5. Additionally, magician Bertran Lotth presents his show Illusio, which challenges perceptions and captivates spectators with fascinating illusions. These nocturnal shows bring an extra layer of magic to the park experience, creating a memorable memory for all ages.
Family benefits #
To make this experience even more accessible, Futuroscope has introduced special rates for families with young children, making the park attractive during the festive period. From December 25, 2024, and from January 1 to 5, 2025, for every adult ticket purchased, families can benefit from a free child ticket for those aged 5 to 12 upon reservation. This initiative allows families to enjoy the pleasures of the festivities together without worrying about their budget.
