The amounts of the AVF vary depending on resources and family composition. For example, in Paris, for the year 2025, the amounts are established as follows:
- From 0 to 350 euros of family quotient: 65% of the cost of the stay
- From 351 to 450 euros of family quotient: 50% of the cost of the stay
- From 451 to 700 euros of family quotient: 40% of the cost of the stay
Moreover, the aid is capped according to the number of dependent children: 800 euros maximum for a family with one child and 1100 euros maximum for a family with three or more children. For instance, for a stay costing 800 euros, if your aid amounts to 40%, you will receive 320 euros.
Steps to take
The AVF is awarded automatically, so no specific steps are required on your part to benefit from it. You will be informed of your eligibility by postal mail or via your personal space on the Caf website at the beginning of the year. Once you are aware of your right to the aid, you can consult the Vacaf-labeled structures and proceed to book your stay. To make the reservation, have your beneficiary number ready and inform the holiday center of your status as a recipient of the AVF.
