Attractive prices for everyone #

Regarding prices, ticket costs will range from €10 to €59 for a one-way trip. Children will also be able to enjoy a flat rate of €8, regardless of the time of year. Additionally, it will be possible to book these tickets up to six months in advance, allowing for stress-free trip planning.

More time, but still enjoyable #

The new connections are referred to as “Ouigo slow trains,” meaning the journey will take around three hours. It’s not as fast as the Eurostar, which whisks you away in under 1h30, but the financial benefits can make up for the extra time. On the route, the train will also stop at Creil, Aulnoye-Aimeries, and Mons.

Economy and ecology at the forefront #

By choosing this option, travelers not only save money but also contribute to a lower ecological footprint compared to other modes of transport, such as cars. According to a statement from an SNCB representative, the carbon footprint of a train journey on this new route will be seven times less than that of a motorist.

A well-received offer #

In addition to this new line to Brussels, Ouigo slow trains also serve other destinations such as Nantes, Lyon, and Rennes. Since their launch in 2022, 3.5 million passengers have already taken advantage of these trains, demonstrating the growing enthusiasm for this type of affordable transport.
