Personalized support for a stress-free experience

From June 11, 2024, Air France is implementing a new offer of concierge which aims to transform the airport experience for its customers. This initiative is particularly significant given the approach of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, of which the company is the official partner. The aim is to provide a tailor-made service that has until now been reserved for first-class customers.

Regardless of the type of class chosen – Economy, Premium Economy, or Business – each passenger can now benefit from personalized support. Take the stress out of traveling with services that include a private transfer, baggage assistance, and fast passage through priority lines. It is the luxury of a VIP service now accessible to all passengers.

Services available on departure, arrival and during connections

Air France’s new concierge service covers three essential moments of travel: departure, L’arrival and the matches. At each stage, a dedicated concierge is responsible for making the journey as smooth as possible.

  • On departure, travelers benefit from a personalized welcome upon arrival at the airport, as well as assistance with their luggage until the boarding gate.
  • Upon arrival, a concierge waits for passengers exiting the aircraft and accompanies them through priority procedures to their private transfer vehicle.
  • For connections, the concierge welcomes passengers as soon as they exit the plane and guides them to the Air France lounge, then to the boarding gate for their next flight.

How to book the concierge service

To offer this service, Air France provides several reservation channels. You can book via the official website or by telephone, up to 18 hours before departure. After booking, customers receive a confirmation email. Then, a telephone contact follows 72 hours before the flight to finalize the details, particularly regarding baggage handling and specific needs.

Of course, this luxury comes at a price. Prices vary depending on the number of passengers benefiting: from €400 for a single person (or 80,000 miles) to €550 for four people (or 110,000 miles). Each concierge only supports a maximum of four clients, so rate adjustments are provided for larger groups.

Improvements for La Première customers

La Première class customers are not left out. Air France has a new exclusive experience in store for them at Paris-Charles de Gaulle from July. A comfort bubble of more than 550 m² including a dedicated area for eating, showering and handling their luggage is made available to them.

With only fifteen seats and two private lounges, this space allows for discreet boating, which adds an extra touch of luxury. When they arrive at the airport, a porter immediately takes care of their luggage, guaranteeing a worry-free departure.
