Every Tuesday afternoon, the Marqueyssac Gardens host a unique workshop led by the talented Roland Manouvrier, a master artisan ice cream maker known for his innovative approach to ice cream. For this edition, he invites participants to contemplate a frozen creation in honor of the 40th anniversary of the castle of Castelnaud opening to the public. Flavors and spices evoking the Middle Ages will be in the spotlight, encouraging visitors to immerse themselves in a fascinating sensory experience.

The first session of this workshop was a timid success, with only ten participants, but this is normal during this winter holiday period.
